At Halifax Paper Hearts, we want you to love your home goods and stationery as much as we loved creating them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they stay protected and pristine during transit back to our studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Halifax headquarters.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
